    if one creates a persistent muc on a server, leaves the group but there are still people inside considering the server of the muc is always up, the muc keeps going on without the creator?

    great, and if the creater adds another owner on another server, if the first server goes down, does the muc keeps running on the second owner's server?

    Albert: federated mucs? There's a XEP for that I guess, but mostly not implemented, so no.
