Hello. I was referred to here. Can anyone help me reach the admin of creep.im? The server has issues for well over a year with connectivity and message delivery and I couldn't reach the admin neither via email nor via his own XMPP address.

They have the antispam, mod_block_strangers thing that's hit and miss

As someone not too versed in the terminology of this sphere, what is XEP-0157? A specification to have a contact address reachable in case of issues? And what servers enact this blacklist?

This was on the official website all along and he never replied via Email nor accepted me as a contact on XMPP.

From what I can see, creep.im is abandoned for over a year now.

It was maintained, as usual admining is hard, takes time. I see it lost some features...
