hi, does xmpp make use of Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP)?

winnie: Are you sure? And what about Reliable Datagram Socket (RDS)? I don't think it does but I just wanted to ask and make sure before disabling it.

Nothing makes use of sctp because middleboxes make it impossible to deploy a new IP based protocol on the internet, quic is kinda sctp on top of UDP for that reason
