Hi, do you know a xmpp client that implements the message threads (XEP-0201: https://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0201.html) ? ✏

I *think* movim. And cheogram shows threads in a simple say

Except at least Movim and Cheogram :)

Monocles Chat supports too. But it is buggy for now.

Yeah, Monocles has pulled a lot of code from Cheogram recently

What is the small icon in the chat screen of Cheogram and Monocles Chat? Sticker?

Stickers are a way to send the same image again without re-uploading it every time. In other platforms it has a fancy UI built around them

But they're just images

The little icon in Cheogram is the thread indicator. The idea is you can use the same thread when talking about the same sub topic

stickers can also be animated. but yeah basically images with a nice ui

Is the admin of xmpp.social/hookipa.net (ij) around? For me the server seems offline, at least I can't reach it. Neither via xmpp, nor can I resolve and/or ping the domains.

it is offline… there is traffic going out… servers are all up and running and via internal network everything is reachable, but doesn’t help when the switch won’t let traffic out… working on it

Yesterday a new server got installed and some NICs have changed… I guess I missed one interface from the bridge and internal traffic went outside and back again and the switchport then on block (when I moved a VM to another server)
