tom: I don't have those issues, fwiw (latest fedora). Probably the gajim folks would love to know more about your issues

    > Gajim takes 3-5 seconds to switch between mucs its probably gajim. Recent updates have only made it worse. Copy and paste doesn't even work anymore since gtk4 and its heavier then chrome lets not shit on clients, gajim might be slow but it is one of the more complete clients. Others dont even have basic moderation features afaik

  3. icebound.dev

also OT, issues should go into the gajim MUC.

On another note, I am currently in talks with a few others to deploy a UK public provider, although I am not really sure the feasibility with Online Safety Act. I will look into it further after FOSDEM as I have to prepare for a talk at FOSDEM.

  5. icebound.dev

If there is any UK-based hosts which want to give their advice (with IANAL disclaimer ofc) please lmk
