micycle.net: biboumi is no longer maintained in freebsd and was dropped from ports, but upstream picked it back up and changed the depencies to botan3 on codeberg

1. I dont see botan3 upstream 2. theres no release since 9.0, thus not possible 3. even the damn website has an expired tls certificate
