I'm about to send out the details for the hotel
-
Guus
apart from hotel terms and conditions, should I include other info?
-
Guus
maybe a request to join the summit mailinglist and chatroom?
-
pep.
yeah that sounds good, I can't think of anything else right now
-
Guus
Should we add the summit mailinglist to the 'special venue' section of https://xmpp.org/community/mailing-lists.html ?
-
Guus
similarly, add the summit MUC to https://xmpp.org/community/chat.html
-
Guus
if only up to and during the event?

thatโs the first time i hear of people using email scheduling
-
Guus
it's the first time that I do.
-
Guus
This seemed like a good excuse to give that a try.

daniel
> it's the first time that I do.
i was kinda expecting that answer :-)
-
Guus
I actually do this with most money transfers: schedule them for one or two hours in the future - just in case I have one of those "ah no!" moments...
-
Guus
figured the same works for emails too ๐
-
MattJ
That's a great idea - scheduling your "oh no" moment to 2h5m in the future
-
Guus
scheduled "oh no" moments would be most excellent.
