GuusI'm about to send out the details for the hotel
Guusapart from hotel terms and conditions, should I include other info?
Guusmaybe a request to join the summit mailinglist and chatroom?
pep.yeah that sounds good, I can't think of anything else right now
GuusShould we add the summit mailinglist to the 'special venue' section of https://xmpp.org/community/mailing-lists.html ?
Guussimilarly, add the summit MUC to https://xmpp.org/community/chat.html
Guusif only up to and during the event?

danielthatβs the first time i hear of people using email scheduling
Guusit's the first time that I do.
GuusThis seemed like a good excuse to give that a try.
daniel> it's the first time that I do.
i was kinda expecting that answer :-)
GuusI actually do this with most money transfers: schedule them for one or two hours in the future - just in case I have one of those "ah no!" moments...
Guusfigured the same works for emails too π
MattJThat's a great idea - scheduling your "oh no" moment to 2h5m in the future
Guusscheduled "oh no" moments would be most excellent.
