  1. Guus

I'm about to send out the details for the hotel

  2. Guus

apart from hotel terms and conditions, should I include other info?

  3. Guus

maybe a request to join the summit mailinglist and chatroom?

  4. pep.

yeah that sounds good, I can't think of anything else right now

  5. Guus

Should we add the summit mailinglist to the 'special venue' section of https://xmpp.org/community/mailing-lists.html ?

  6. Guus

similarly, add the summit MUC to https://xmpp.org/community/chat.html

  7. Guus

if only up to and during the event?

  8. pep.

    Yeah why not

  9. Guus

I'll try to get to it later today. Have to spend some time at work.

  10. Guus

Email is scheduled to be send in ~2 hours (in case I think of something that needs including ๐Ÿ˜› )

  11. daniel

thatโ€˜s the first time i hear of people using email scheduling

  12. Guus

it's the first time that I do.

  13. Guus

This seemed like a good excuse to give that a try.

  14. daniel

    > it's the first time that I do. i was kinda expecting that answer :-)

  15. Guus

I actually do this with most money transfers: schedule them for one or two hours in the future - just in case I have one of those "ah no!" moments...

  16. Guus

figured the same works for emails too ๐Ÿ™‚

  17. MattJ

That's a great idea - scheduling your "oh no" moment to 2h5m in the future

  18. Guus

scheduled "oh no" moments would be most excellent.

  19. Guus

email sent out, but hit a moderator queue
