Summits, Conferences and Meetups workgroup - 2020-01-18

I'd like to prevent the what to me is teeth-gnashingly awkward moment of asking for sponsors at the event itself. If we feel that there are people willing to sponsor (and prefer that over doing the regular sponsoring bit), then I suggest we put out an email on the summit mailinglist to invite sponsors for just that. Failing response, I suggest that the XSF picks up the tab.
