Summits, Conferences and Meetups workgroup - 2023-01-22

Is the booking placed? Should I announce we are having the summit via Twitter etc? I am wondering to attract more spontaneous people but not having enough space

Other point: I wanted to invite on.the lightning talks + also to everyone give presentations on their own projects. if you think "not much to say" lets have a 6 x 5 mins track where you just very briefly advertise your project and/or tell us how few is going on 😊😉 (or where you might be stucked with) If this catched your interest please us the section in the wiki
