Guus, cool! :D It can be improved a lot, I just wrote that yesterday late and I was super tired, so the email and the ideas could be better explained and presented I think. But in any case, I think the overall idea is understood, more or less.

I didn't reply to "what should we stop doing" and I also forgot to reply about Summit, but well, just one step at a time
