More following-up has occurred with the hotel. Sadly, no form yet.

I was hoping by this year they'd have got it in gear and not needed stupid things like emailing a credit card number...but I'm not encouraged.

I'm sure it'll be fine, and they will process the now-mandatory DNA sample with care as well. ;)

so there's physical distance between the people that I'm talking to, and the people we're waiting for. ✏

You'd expect that things like these would go smooth, in a hotel like this though.

It sounds very EU-ish. The forms are probably translated into French, Dutch and Norwegian first, then sent on, the replies being crosstranslated, etc.

I have now handed out a link to as many people as we have rooms reserved. Please let me know if you're _not_ using the link after all. I currently don't have more people that are interested, but if anyone is, I can also ask the hotel to make more rooms available.

jjrh - it's not directly related to the summit, but there'll obviously be overlap 🙂 I'm focussing on the summit organisation here, though, as that keeps me busy plenty 😛
