I've been assuming the names beside the agenda items are the person proposing, not everyone who wants to see it? Several of the topics are ones I was going to propose, if not for them already being there.

I assume that we do the usual thing on day one where we go through the agenda items and have a show of hands on who is interested in those items

And yes I think it's mostly the name of whoever proposed it and might be able to give a two sentence intro

I think there is a misunderstanding on whether or not this is an agenda item (it is) or a (lightning) talk

and the dual meaning of "talk" as in "presentation", and "talk" as in "group discussion"
