Hey, I'll order a few stickers for Libervia, but I have no address where I can deliver them. Is it possible to send them at the location were somebody is staying? An hotel of whatever.

Speaking of bridges, is there anyone too much space in their room or with a spare sofa during Summit and FOSDEM? I still haven’t managed any accomodation. :x

It's not clear if there is a sofa or not, and the bed doesn't seem to be super big. But we can probably manage something.

Last year at FOSDEM, we had that blue/white A5 leaflet on XMPP as a handout. I don't know if we had any left? Shall I have a couple more printed?

I don't think they were massively popular.

But it may be good to have a variety of things

Grr, http file upload giving me issues. I've tried sending a photo of my screen instead. I feel very much like my parents now.

Guus: thats great, never seen it before. Wheres to original file located. Can we ask Board for more budget? So we dont reduce the money we have for the highlights? Additional we actual have 2025 scam budget left I think. So far I have only costs of 530€ + 60€. But I would rather increase the 60€ and have the same more for this onet

Let's not worry about budget immediately. I'd like to firs focus on deciding if this is worthwhile. My primary reason for having these printed is simply to have some diversity in the offerings at the stand. Having only a few handouts looks so unappealing. Having a bit more options should tempt more people to stand still and look at what we have, rather than take the one folder without stopping.

I think we have a repository of those files, somewhere. I wouldn't be surprised if we had multiple repositories. The trouble is that we tend to forget where that is, and create a new one :)

Im in favor having a variety of items. If nothing work we can also print this in 2-3 times DIN A4 for reading at the lunge, but not for take away. In that case higher quality may also make sense. People often come and want to hear what XMPP is.
