Eurostar let me move to a different train which is (supposedly) still running, and Dave did the same, so we should still get to Brussels at least

Deutsche Bahn says that German trains into Belgium maybe affected. But doesn't specify what that means exactly. I guess that could mean anything from 5 minutes late to no trains running at all 🤷♂️
