Does XSF work with other organizations? I was chair of oBIX XML technical committee at OASIS and they were interested in doing a spec for using XMPP as a transport for oBIX.

I've worked on smartgrid from a few different angles - formerly worked at Trane Commercial Systems doing building automation and integration of the automation systems

Is there a good way to catch up on what's in-process for new xep proposals - I assume there's a list somewhere?

those in-process documents about smartgrid stuff aren't published anywhere yet -- I had promises of submittals but nothing yet

in general, the standards@xmpp.org list is where those things are announced

Yes, I just subscribed to that and see a few things going by. Are there others for which there is no traffic right now? Hard to tell what's NOT there.
