Who was it who suggested the XSF operate a jobs board? Whoeveer it was, I'm thinking it's a very sensible idea.

Zash, I think it'd need to be web-backed etc. But I'll make some enquiries - my brother actually runs a specialist job site as part of his Media UK Empire.

It doesn't seem entirely unreasonable to me.

Although TBH I'm not sure it gives much more than e.g. the linked.in group gives.

Well, it largely depends on whether there are actually jobs needing advertising (and filling).
