Mattj we can decide to change it, I'm fine with that, but this is the time we previously agreed to

Past convention has been to follow DST on one side of the pond or the other (typically EU DST)

Obviously DST makes things awkward, but we can't control that. Having a meeting move by an hour for everyone at semi-random dates in the year is just as awkward, and we can control that

For people on the board, there are two sets of DST changes, and they aren't at the same time. A couple of weeks of some people being inconvenienced is better than everyone being inconvenienced until next year

Locking to UTC ensures it only changes twice a year for everyone. Locking to local time makes it change four times a year for everyone outside that local time

*shrug*

To be fair I'm fine with the time change at the moment, it's mildly more convenient for me :)

We as a board can change the time one hour ahead

3. Topics for decisions

3.1. Rename "Draft" to "Stable"

Obviously meeting time needs to be added

I remember some ML discussion on this, but it didn't feel like it reached a concensus...?

We agreed that it needed further discussion. I made a proposal and pushed to Github (to my own fork), and posted it to the list

The changes highlighted some inconsistency with the wording of XEP-0001, and opinions differ over how to handle that

and whether this really is a minor change as it seemed a few weeks ago

So my vote would be to not make any changes, until we better understand what we're going to change and why

I think that's where my head was at too, after reading the ML discussion

I still think that some change is needed, but we just need to figure it out more thoroughly

As mentioned before the meeting, this time is a little more comfortable for me, but I'm fine with +1h if they don't over-run
