marc: I'm with jonasw here, the basic flow is nice, but I would omit password entry. Also it should automatically add the inviter to the roster.

Ge0rG, writing up the XEP and working on that seems reasonable at this stage though

marc: I'm very short on time, but I would really like to proof read your proposal. Maybe the PARS XEP would be a good framework to copy from, and I'd love to reuse the xml elements from there 😉
