is there an active (like in "under active maintenance and further development") fork of Kaiwa these days?

I remember something about jabber.ru maintaining something but I haven't checked

I've performed version requests on >1000 s2s connections from yax.im, and got almost 900 results. Ejabberd and prosody together have 80% of "market share"

Interesting. I scanned parts of the internet once and had openfire at a market share of 50%

Maybe those servers don't really federate though

maybe yax.im users are biased to interconnect with prosody-users?
