Ge0rG, after further thought, your document should indeed focus on the operational side of things. Having another XEP which advocates implementation of XEPs (which are irrelevant to the operational side but merely provide features, so unlike XEP-0157) would be bad.

but "Keep up-to-date with recent compliance suites and evaluate their implementation" should be one point for operations.

tbh I don't like taking notes. I always lose track of what's going on when I start writing stuff down, plus I can't take part anymore :x

But it's a good exercise, maybe I should do it more often

Though taking minutes from a chatroom discussion is probably easier, as I don't have to remember what's been said
