any lawyers here? If I link to a CDN-based interpreted library that's GPL3-licensed (and not make it part of my code base), can I still release my code under the Apache v2 license?

and you can't include apache code in a gplv2 application. Life sucks.

if you have a product made of GPLv3+ and APL2, then your product is essentially goverend by GPLv3+
