Hello. At weekend I looked into XEP-0060. I also did some basic development (create node, publish item,...). I think XEP-0060 can be used to manage a task list. I'm thinking about an application to manage tasks based on XEP-0060. Is there a description of pubsub#type / pubsub#body_xslt?

  6. MattJ

    I'd stay away from pubsub#body_xslt

  7. MattJ

I'm not aware that anyone implements it (in any open deployment/codebase)

  8. dwd

I have a vague thought that maybe Openfire might. I have seen it used in private code, mind.

  9. emus

I would use such a feature

  10. MattJ

Yeah, I can imagine it has been used somewhere

  11. MattJ

Just do the XSLT on the client side (publisher or subscriber, you choose)

  14. DebXWoody

    Type ist just a xsd?

  15. MattJ

DebXWoody, I think it can be whatever you want it to be

  16. goffi

DebXWoody: For the record, I've already implemented a ticket system using XEP-0060 which can be used for any kind of tasks: https://www.goffi.org/b/9555cc02-6a87-4b6b-af85-20f1c0736722/xmpp-based-tickets-merge-requests-with

  17. DebXWoody

Nice, goffi. I will look into it. I think ticket system and task list are quite the same use case.

  18. goffi

    it is
