Ge0rG, the ordering doesn’t matter.

Microsoft Something and Horde do support "Accept-Language:" as Email-Header. It is very useful, IMHO. Most unknown people write in English, but it is nice, if you can see, that the person speaks your own language or one you would like to improve :-) To see the header, just add "unignore Accept-Language" to your .muttrc. And to send it "my_hdr Accept-Language: en, foo, bar".
