duplicate messages, duplicate LCs, it just makes sense

only 2 for MAM? Clearly it should fail this one so it can catch up to Carbons

it seems that retracted and displayed are based on the origin-id, I don't see such thing in the XEPs, did I missed something ?

XEP needed: "Which ID should I use?"

"Which ID should I use *how*?"

I think actually that it's not that hard, it just needs a sentence or two of clarification

and you have to refer to xep359 IDs by the tuple (id, by), not just (id)
