so there is no conduct team either yet, I guess interested individuals should go to board@ once the thing goes active.

Hey, yes. I'd welcome textual suggestions, but please do discuss on the list first, in part because what's written (and equally, what's not written) is quite important.

Any evolution user wants to check whether it works like that? https://wiki.xmpp.org/web/Jabber_Email_Header#Evolution I'd be also curious if you can configure it to always set the header or whether you really have to manually insert it each time.

I don't know of any doing it by default. But in (neo)mutt it's one line to show it: `unignore Jabber-ID`. :)
