Yep, I clarified that we did not apply for an XMPP one

However this is largely because some years ago when we did, we got told we should merge with the (then) new RTC room instead

I feel much better knowing there is an RTC track, rather than the initial news that the RTC room had been rejected. It didn't make any sense for sure :)
