I *guess* in 2020 there were two students? Aditya did WebSocket support for Smack and Wolfie implemented Real Time texting for Dino.

Editors: can we do another LC for Jingle File Transfer? Seems weird to have it be deferred when it's probably the most commonly used file transfer mechanism when the server doesn't support HTTP (so the second most common, I guess). Either way.

Also maybe for cryptographic hash function recommendations? Feels weird that this one is deferred but a stable spec (0300) recommends using it.
