community.xmpp.net uses a hosted instance and we have no access to the db / logs. It makes it impossible to see stuff that's pointed out in this issue

I'm not trying to revive the topicm just saying there are still lots of improvement for moderation tools everywhere (and we also mentioned lemmy last time)
