it's served us well in operators@, which officially adopted that CoC already a while ago, and it would be good to have it graduate to Active

Can an Active document be improved upon still?

Or will we have to go through process hoops and get a new document at some point

Maybe we can have a stable pointer to whatever the current document is? (I believe IETF does that for some things?)

It can be figured out later, surely. I'd also lean towards having it approved by more than 4-5 people.
