    right now the bot is only running during votings. Probably not that hard to imlement for someone who knows Python. But I am always monitoring the application process and I always remind people over XMPP and Email.

    We only got as far as how to query the archive for this stuff at the summit, not how to specify the things in protocol at send time, but yes, probably.
