    Definitely still exist, although not in the shape they did 10+ years ago. Most testers aren't paper shufflers or box tickers. Most are engineers, and most of those can code. In the same way as some engineers have front-end specialism, these have specialism in exploiting software to explore a particular lens or prove/disprove a theory. I'll step off my soapbox there, because I could do an hour on this 😁

    Ah, interesting. Well, I did mean to update my server today, so maybe that'll fix things.

    In any case, I'm adding XMPP support to SentryNet (a little uptime monitor), and it's mostly working but has some hanging coroutines.
